We ship from the US and our current international services extend to U.S. Outlying Islands, Canada, Japan and Singapore. If you didn't see your country on that list, please reach out directly to us here and we will do our best to accommodate you, wherever you may be. As each country has its own customs and import regulations, things can get complex. We cannot guarantee shipping to every country and/or how long it will take. We cannot estimate, or be responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or local fees that may be incurred. We appreciate your understanding. 

We do our very best to ship orders on the day they are received, or the following day. In the end, how long it takes will depend on your shipping method and location.

Please note: Once a package leaves our facility, it is totally out of our control and becomes the responsibility of the carrier. So, we are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages. If you want to insure your package, please select Expedited, which offers $100 coverage at no charge. If you do run into problems, check with the carrier (USPS, DHL etc.) first.
